Krajowa Reprezentacja Doktorantów rozpoczyna realizację projektu Lokalny Ambasador Praw Doktoranta 5.0. Tegoroczna, piąta edycja projektu, poświęcona zostanie w szczególności problematyce samorządności doktorantów.
Celem projektu jest podnoszenie świadomości prawnej na temat regulacji związanych z kształceniem doktorantów. Z tego powodu, w jego ramach wyłonione zostanie grono 12 Lokalnych Ambasadorów i Ambasadorek Praw Doktoranta, którzy po cyklu szkoleń merytorycznych – podejmą się działań związanych z analizą regulaminów samorządów doktorantów, szkoleniem przedstawicielek i przedstawicieli społeczności doktoranckiej oraz przygotowaniem raportów o stanie samorządności doktoranckiej w podmiotach, w których odbywają kształcenie. Lokalny Ambasador Praw Doktoranta 5.0 stanowić ma również wsparcie w zakresie praw i obowiązków doktoranta oraz prawnych podstaw funkcjonowania samorządu doktorantów i różnych sposobów rozwoju samorządności doktoranckiej na poziomie lokalnym, a także ma na celu realizację działań strażnicznych na rzecz środowiska doktoranckiego.
Ponadto, w ramach projektu zaplanowano konsultacje dla społeczności akademickiej, cykl materiałów promocyjnych i informacyjnych oraz otwarte szkolenie na temat bieżących wyzwań prawnych związanych z kształceniem doktoranckim.
Projekt Lokalny Ambasador Praw Doktoranta 5.0 stanowi zadanie publiczne współfinansowane ze środków otrzymanych w 2025 r. od Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w ramach konkursu “Organizowanie i animowanie działań na rzecz środowiska akademickiego”.

Local Ambassador for Doctoral Student Rights 5.0
Polish National Association of Doctoral Candidates is launching the Local Ambassador for Doctoral Student Rights 5.0 project. This year’s fifth edition of the project will focus in particular on the issue of doctoral student self-government.
The aim of the project is to raise legal awareness of regulations related to doctoral education. For this reason, a group of 12 Local Ambassadors for Doctoral Rights will be selected, who, after a series of substantive training sessions, will undertake activities related to the analysis of doctoral student government regulations, training representatives of the doctoral community, and preparing reports on the state of doctoral self-government in the entities where they are educated. The Local Ambassador for Doctoral Student Rights 5.0 is also intended to provide support in the area of doctoral student rights and obligations, the legal basis for the functioning of doctoral student self-government, and various ways of developing doctoral student self-government at the local level, as well as to carry out advocacy activities for the doctoral student community.
In addition, the project included consultations for the academic community, a series of promotional and informational materials, and open training on current legal challenges related to doctoral education.
The Local Ambassador for Doctoral Student Rights 5.0 project is a public task co-financed by funds received in 2025 from the Minister of Science and Higher Education as part of the competition “Organizing and animating activities for the academic community.”
